Skills live under .claude/skills/ with a SKILLS.md index; LICENSE, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, CONTRIBUTING.md and SECURITY.md sit at the root; the issue, discussion and pull-request templates, dependabot, CodeQL and .gitattributes follow one set across pulserver, pypulseqpp, blochsim and bartorch.
