rustc links Apple targets with `-nodefaultlibs`, so the Swift dictation bridge's calls into clang's runtime library (`__isPlatformVersionAtLeast`, `__chkstk_darwin`) went unresolved and the beta.2 TestFlight build failed to link. Bump robius to pick up project-robius/robius#29, which links that library itself.

The beta.2 TestFlight build failed to link: rustc links Apple targets with
