Fleet dependency upgrade (2026-10-26). No Next.js or DOMPurify in this repo.

Majors taken: electron 38 -> 45 (desktop), ioredis 5 -> 6, @simplewebauthn/server 13 -> 14 and @simplewebauthn/browser 13 -> 14 (our calls already use the v13+ shapes: registrationInfo.credential, credential: on verify, optionsJSON), @profullstack/x402-gateway 0.11 -> 0.13, @profullstack/profile 0.1.2 -> 0.1.6. Also bullmq 6.4.2, hono 4.13.14, @profullstack/throttle 0.3.4, @biomejs/biome 2.6.3, electron-builder 26.18. bun 1.4.4 (packageManager + oven/bun:1.4.4-slim).

Code/config: biome migrate (schema 2.6.3, preset: "recommended"); Biome 2.6 started formatting Markdown/YAML, so *.md/*.yml are excluded to keep lint scope as before.

Held: none.

Audit (bun audit): before 0 critical / 13 high -> after 0 / 0 (no vulnerabilities).

Gate (local): biome check clean, client build OK, bun test 77 pass / 2 skip / 0 fail. Production image built and booted against throwaway Postgres + Redis: /, /healthz, /signup, /login, /vendor-webauthn.js 200, /api/v1/me/profile 401.
