/apps: g1tz has a second screen, and an install line that works - #91

g1tz 0.2.0 added Pulse, what moved in the repository over a period, and it is the first application on this page with two screens worth showing, so an App can now declare a second frame with its own caption. The g1tz entry shows the Pulse screen under the repository screen, captured from the application's own showcase fixture like every other frame here. The install line said `bunx g1tz`, which never worked: npm refuses the bare name as too similar to got and gts, so the package is @profullstack/g1tz and the line says so. The first frame is recaptured from the same fixture; only the pixels of the new header hint changed.
