Version bump only. Releases the five contributor PRs merged after 0.14.0:

• Keep service worker shell revalidation alive #88 the service worker keeps a cache-hit revalidation alive with event.waitUntil
• Fix client URL handling, login expiry and partial fanout results #91 client: scheme case in server URLs, device login stops polling at grant expiry, a failed board contributes no partial hits to a federated search
• Keep service-worker asset hashes stable on Windows #92 .gitattributes pins LF on shell assets so the service worker hash is stable on Windows checkouts
• Preserve rate units and reject invalid capacity counts #93 capacity: rate units other than per hour are not silently read as hourly, and a fractional or negative agent count is rejected
• Reject partially numeric search parameters #94 a partially numeric search parameter (25oops, 10.5) falls back to the field default instead of being parsed by prefix
