Throwaway PR verifying the fix for the
Lint workflowsstartup failure that has affected every caller repo since 2026-06-15.Pins the lint caller at a branch commit of praw-dev/.github that removes the workflow-level
concurrencyblock from the reusablelint.yml.If the
Lint workflowsrun actually starts and reports actionlint/zizmor results, the hypothesis is confirmed. This PR is not for merge and will be closed once the result is observed.
