Visor: confirm bar rests on the strip; a quieter palette - #175

The unsaved-changes bar anchors to the bottom of the drawer, just above the strip. The strip keeps its saturated colour (it is the trusted/ untrusted line and should read as one) with light text; the drawer is a pale tint of the hue, chroma is spent on the accent buttons alone, and plates and fields sit near-white with a tinted edge.

#visor-confirmnow sits at the bottom of the drawer, on top of the strip, instead of at the top of the screen.--hue: strip unchanged at oklch(0.62 0.14 h) but with light text; drawer oklch(0.95 0.02 h); accent buttons oklch(0.52 0.12 h) with near-white ink; plates/fields near-white with a tinted 1px edge; pressed strip half is a translucent white wash rather than the drawer colour.Automerge armed.
