Visor: drop the unused MetaScope::Device variant - #172

CI builds the wasm target with -D warnings, and nothing in the visor edits the device map yet, so the variant was dead code. The WIT and the kernel keep all three scopes.

Fixes the
gatesfailure on main introduced by #171: the wasm build runs with-D warningsand the visor'sMetaScope::Devicevariant was never constructed. The WIT/kernel scopes are unchanged. Automerge armed.
