Bump both conformance drivers' exact pins to polyengine 0.6.3 and @polyengine/protocol 0.3.1. polyengine 0.6.0 (polymorph-components/polyengine#260) removed CliOptions.passthrough; the drivers' wasi({ cli }) calls drop it. scripts/check-polyengine-pin.sh derives its expectations from the locks and needed no edit.

The published host module polyengine-impl takes @polyengine/protocol@^0.3.1 — a protocol minor bump, breaking under the caret-honest scheme — so @polymorph/webrtc-datachannels goes 0.5.0 → 0.6.0. Publish via jsr-publish after merge (polymorph-iroh's host follows).

Gates: just polyengine-check, polyengine-impl check + test (13/13), run-polyengine, run-polyengine-browser, run-interop (all 12 polyengine directions), aggregate + matrix-check (zero diff against the committed matrices).

Automerge armed.
