Bump the conformance driver's five exact pins to the polyengine v0.6.3 release (@polyengine/protocol resolves transitively at 0.3.1). The driver uses only runSuite/Translator/wasi/defaultTranslator, none of the surfaces 0.6.0 trimmed, so this is a plain version bump. Gates: _polyengine-pin-check, deno task check, run-polyengine (5 passed / 2 n/a), run-polyengine-delegated (6 passed / 1 n/a), runner-js-pin-check.
