[Bug]: Azure DevOps PR icon is technically wrong

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a PR open for a branch on Azure DevOps and open it within T3 Code.
2. Look at the "View PR" button icon

Expected behavior

I'd expect that to be the Azure DevOps icon:

Actual behavior

"View PR" button for an Azure DevOps PR shows the Azure icon, not the Azure DevOps icon.

Triage

Confirmed. The View PR control is bound to the Azure DevOps provider, but the glyph it draws is the Azure cloud mark (the folded “A”), not the Azure DevOps infinity mark.

Host detection is already correct. An Azure DevOps remote is classified as azure-devops, and getSourceControlPresentation maps that kind to AzureDevOpsIcon (apps/web/src/sourceControlPresentation.ts). The View PR quick action renders that component (GitQuickActionIcon when kind === "open_pr" in apps/web/src/components/GitActionsControl.tsx). The SVG in AzureDevOpsIcon (apps/web/src/components/Icons.tsx, viewBox 0 0 96 96, the #0078d4 / #114a8b ribbon) is the Azure logo. The same paths are copied for mobile in apps/mobile/src/components/SourceControlIcon.tsx (case "azure-devops").

It is one shared asset, so the Azure mark also shows in source-control settings, the command palette, the publish wizard, pull-request rows, and the mobile app. Linking and opening the pull request are unaffected. Cosmetic, as reported, and present on current main. No duplicate issue.

Fix is to replace that SVG in both the web and mobile components with the Azure DevOps infinity mark and leave the azure-devops wiring as it is.
