- Denied, failed and expired rows put a value or "—" in every column (an expiry is not a request, so its REQ TYPE is "—") and their explanation in a NOTE column after VS ASKED, shown only when needed. - The expired note says what ended: "<skill> sticky route ended (idle)". - Sessions pane: NEXT MESSAGE reads "$0.004 now · $0.052 when cold"; the two timers (CACHE, STICKY) sit together, and on a narrow terminal the price text shortens first so both timers stay visible.
