…mers - scripts/events.py now holds the shared log-format helpers (REPO, STAMP_RE, EVENT_RE, ICONS, pretty_model, fmt_tokens, route_kind, request_type_of, tier_text); dashboard, report, check_rules and the scenario runner import from it. scripts/watch.py is deleted. - Dashboard feed fills the terminal height and keeps 10,000 rows. Scroll with arrows / mouse wheel / j k, page with space / b, g newest, G oldest, q quits. A scrolled view stays put and counts new rows above it. - Feed has a SESSION column. Deny, failed and expired rows run their detail to the end of the line instead of squeezing every column. - Sessions pane has column headers and a STICKY column: the skill tier's countdown, separate from the prompt-cache countdown. - tests/test_events.py checks the callback's lines against the shared parser and the dashboard; docs and manual checks updated.
