[Feature] Make it possible to change the language on the PAL version. #131

- I searched the existing issues and nobody has suggested this yet.
- This is about WiiCompiled itself, not WheelWizard or Retro Rewind content.
What would you like to see?
The PAL version of the game supports multiple languages, more specifically french, german, spanish and italian in addition to english. It would be nice to have an option to change the language to any of the available options instead of being locked to english.

Just play on english.

would it also be possible to use other localized text without having to extract other versions of the game? or at least the USA text for courses and karts?

Seriously this is so important, I'm so sad that we can't have other languages even though it's the PAL version

If I understand the problem correctly, I personaly can change the language in my game to English, French, German, and many other languages. To access these settings, I open the game, press A, and then select Options in the top-right corner. After that, I select Settings and then Others. At the bottom, there should be a slider that allows me to choose any language available on the PAL disc.
