Summary

• update RimBridgeServer to public Lib.GAB 1.0.5
• publish dictionary tool parameters as JSON objects and reject incompatible supplied shapes as InvalidParams
• bump the mod and companion SDK line to 2.1.1 and refresh release assemblies/documentation
