Adds the missing 'After changing code' instructions to both shell READMEs — how to update an already-loaded extension (the Develop sections only covered the first load).

  • Chrome: rebuild → click reload ↻ on the gitmarks card; remove + Load unpacked if the manifest/permissions changed.
  • Firefox: rebuild → Reload on about:debugging.
  • Both: re-save settings after a reconcile-affecting change to re-trigger the initial import.

Docs only.

The Develop sections only covered the first Load unpacked / Load Temporary
Add-on; they didn't explain how to update an already-loaded extension. Add a
'After changing code' note to both shell READMEs: rebuild, click reload (↻ on
chrome://extensions / Reload on about:debugging), re-load unpacked if the
manifest/permissions changed, and re-save settings to re-trigger the import.
