As ST reads environment variables from login shells, which hasn't been the case back in ST2 and early ST3 releases, the package should more or less be obsolete. It therefore hasn't been opted-in to 3.14 on purpose. Furthermore legacy dependencies are deprecated since PC4 and support for them might be dropped in a next major release. |

Same as #37, only tested locally on Windows just to suppress the error messages, packages seem to continue working
