Update golang.org/x/net to v0.62.0 - #22

golang.org/x/net v0.61.0 has two newer vulnerabilities in its html package, GO-2026-6866 and GO-2026-6860, fixed in v0.62.0. k10s does not call them (govulncheck lists them as required, not called), but a release should not ship them either. golang.org/x/net v0.61.0, which #13 brought in, has two newer vulnerabilities in its html package, GO-2026-6866 and GO-2026-6860, fixed in v0.62.0. k10s does not call that package (govulncheck lists them as required, not called, which is why the test workflow passes), but trivy flags both in a built binary, and the next release should not ship them.
One line in go.mod and two in go.sum; nothing else moves. With it, govulncheck finds no vulnerabilities, trivy finds nothing in a linux/amd64 build, and
gofmt,go vet ./...andgo test ./...pass on Go 1.26.10 and 1.27.3.
