Four container images (manila-api, manila-scheduler, manila-share, manila-base) built from source with multi-stage Containerfiles. Includes WSGI script for httpd/mod_wsgi on the API container. Requires ceph-common for CephFS backend support. Signed-off-by: Francesco Pantano <fpantano@redhat.com>
