What

CQA 2.0/2.1 pre-migration pass for installing/installing_vsphere/ipi/ipi-vsphere-preparing-to-install.adoc and its included modules, part of OSDOCS-17008 (vSphere IPI, under epic OSDOCS-16987 / INSTALL-6).

Changes

• Added missing [role="_abstract"] short description to the assembly's intro paragraph.
• Added missing [role="_abstract"] short description to modules/installation-adding-vcenter-root-certificates.adoc.
• Moved the disconnected-environment "Mirroring images for a disconnected installation" xref out of an assembly-body NOTE into a trailing == Additional resources section, clearing the ConceptLink Vale hit.

Verification

• vale --config=.vale-test.ini (AsciiDocDITA package) is clean on the assembly and all included modules, aside from a known NoXrefInModules false positive on the xref inside the new, properly-formed Additional resources block.
• Rendered with asciidoctor -d book to confirm the new Additional resources section and short descriptions render correctly.

No technical/content meaning changed; this is a structural CQA pass only.
