This PR updates the composite action to use newer versions of its dependent GitHub Actions and pins them to specific commit SHAs (supply-chain hardening / reproducibility).
Changes:
- Replace floating action tags (e.g.,
@v3,@v4) with pinned commit SHAs foractions/checkout,actions/cache, and Docker actions. - Update Docker build/push, login, and buildx setup actions to their latest referenced releases.
