The scheduled
cibuild fails at configuration time withCould not find org.openrewrite:rewrite-java:8.91.4.rewrite-build-gradle-plugindepends on OpenRewrite artifacts published only to the Code Genome Project, but this repo resolves its plugin classpath from the Gradle Plugin Portal alone.Solution
pluginManagement.repositories, scoped to theorg.openrewriteandio.modernegroups, using thecodegenomeUsername/codegenomePasswordGradle properties or theCODEGENOME_USERNAME/CODEGENOME_TOKENenv vars that CI already provides viagh-automation.
