When visiting the manager login page, a small modal displaying errorOccured is sometimes visible for a short amount of time.
This is most likely a regression of #2998

Hi! I'm interested in investigating this issue as my first code contribution to OpenRemote.
I'd like to reproduce the behaviour locally, trace the authentication and error-dialog handling, and understand why the dialog appears before the login page loads.
Would this issue be suitable for a first-time contributor? Is anyone already working on it, and are there any particular tests or parts of the codebase you recommend reviewing first?
