Add llmsmap.me International Directory MCP server

Adds one remote MCP server definition for llmsmap.me.

1. https://llmsmap.me/api/mcp/ describes both tools as operating on the llmsmap.ru catalog.
2. The .me and .ru MCP endpoints return the same results. A search for .ru through the international .me endpoint returns Russian websites, although the repository documentation says the international edition excludes the Russian catalog segment.
3. The submitted schema declares limit as integer, while the live tools/list response declares it as number.
4. The registry entry has no install configuration or other machine-readable endpoint. Please add a tested connection configuration, for example through mcp-remote.
5. The linked repository explicitly contains distribution metadata only, not the MCP server source code. Please link the actual source repository or clearly disclose that the implementation is closed-source.
