Description

This pull request includes the following changes:

• Added a new script go-gitlint.sh in the scripts/githooks directory.
• Modified the commit-msg.sh script in the scripts/githooks directory to include the --target='go-gitlint' option.
• Modified the pre-commit.sh script in the scripts/githooks directory to update the default value of GIT_FILE_SIZE_LIMIT to 50MB and added a new function file_too_large to handle large file sizes.
• Modified the pre-push.sh script in the scripts/githooks directory to update the error message for invalid branch names.
