Fixes #1280.

The three "OpenCV documentation" links in the README point at
https://docs.opencv.org/master/, which now returns 404. Since the README is the
PyPI long description, the broken link is what users see on the package page.

Changed all three occurrences to https://docs.opencv.org/ — the root URL
redirects to the current release docs, so it won't go stale again the way
/master/ did (pointing at /5.0/ directly would just break at 6.0).

No test needed: README-only change. Verified by opening
https://docs.opencv.org/ (redirects to /5.0/) vs
https://docs.opencv.org/master/ (404).
