Refresh the existing development toolchain to Cloudflare Workers types 5.20260930.1, Vitest 5.0.2, and Wrangler 4.144.0. Regenerate the npm lockfile and match the workerd install-script allowance to 1.20260926.1. Node.js 24 remains the documented development and CI runtime.

Validation on remote Linux with Node 24.19.0 and npm 11.17.0:

  • npm ci && npm run check && npx wrangler deploy --dry-run && npm audit && npm outdated --json passed: deterministic vocabulary, TypeScript, 406 tests in 12 files including workerd HTTP coverage, Worker build, zero vulnerabilities, and no outdated direct dependencies.
  • The dry-run build lists only the existing TELEMETRY and RATE_LIMIT bindings.
  • Independent Codex AutoReview of the complete diff found no actionable P0–P2 findings; git diff --check passed.

Landed as 7388b9e26064f992440cb4f41c9b24b5f75f2728.

Remote Linux proof (Node 24.19.0, npm 11.17.0): npm ci && npm run check && npx wrangler deploy --dry-run && npm audit && npm outdated --json passed, including 406 tests in 12 files, vocabulary consistency, TypeScript, the Worker build, zero audit vulnerabilities, and no outdated direct dependencies. Independent Codex review found no actionable P0–P2 findings.

Exact-head PR CI passed, and the resulting main-branch check and deployment are green: https://github.com/openclaw/telemetry/actions/runs/36672539854.
