Measure Result What it means
Overall readiness 🐚 platinum hermit (4/6) A focused maintenance update with passing validation on the reviewed head and no identified correctness or security defect.
Proof confidence 🐚 platinum hermit (4/6) This Dependabot maintenance PR is outside the ordinary contributor proof gate; exact-head CI successfully exercises the updated lint and formatting commands.
Patch quality 🐚 platinum hermit (4/6) No actionable review findings were identified.

Kind: Maintenance · Worth it: Yes · Fix scope: Complete
User problem: Contributors otherwise continue using older formatter and linter releases.
Reason: The update follows established dependency maintenance without adding configuration, changing the published runtime contract, or expanding production code.

Merge readiness

✅ Ready for maintainer review

Keep this PR open: the dependency updates are absent from main, follow the existing maintenance pattern, and have passing checks on the reviewed head; no actionable defect was found.

Agent review details

How this fits together

These development dependencies consume repository files through the lint and formatting scripts and produce diagnostics or formatting changes; they are separate from the published CLI's runtime dependencies.

Technical review

Best possible solution:

Retain the focused dependency update with the existing scripts, runtime floor, and release-age protection.

Do we have a high-confidence way to reproduce the issue?

There is no reported clawpatch runtime bug to reproduce; source inspection confirms the dependency versions before and after the update.

Is this the best way to solve the issue?

The manifest and lockfile update is the smallest complete change, and successful lint and formatting checks exercise the affected development commands.

AGENTS.md: found and applied where relevant.

Codex review notes: model internal, reasoning medium; reviewed against ce03e7da44a9.

Provenance checked

  • Oxfmt and Oxlint dependency selection keeps the original intent (12edc2a: The preceding merged refresh selected eligible tooling versions while retaining the runtime floor and release-age policy.)

Testing

Proof path: in-process harness.

Security

None.

Evidence

What I checked:

  • Pinned patch scope: The introduced diff changes only the Oxfmt manifest range and the Oxfmt/Oxlint lockfile entries, integrity values, and existing platform bindings. (package.json:47, 4cfade31f996)
  • Updates remain absent from main: Current main resolves Oxfmt 0.73.0 and Oxlint 1.88.0, so this PR is not already implemented. (pnpm-lock.yaml:35, ce03e7da44a9)
  • Existing maintenance direction: The merged dependency refresh at build(deps): refresh eligible tooling and add release validation #242 selected the preceding versions and retained the Node 22 runtime floor and 48-hour release-age policy. (package.json:47, 12edc2ac692a)
  • Validation on the reviewed head: The successful CI job reports frozen installation, typecheck, lint, formatting check, coverage, build, and package smoke on the reviewed SHA: https://github.com/openclaw/clawpatch/actions/runs/40356125802/job/121688957020. The check listing contains 11 successes, two skipped dispatch checks, and no failures. (.github/workflows/ci.yml:21, 4cfade31f996)
  • Upstream package metadata and release age: Clawpatch executes these packages through its development scripts. Their release-tag manifests declare the expected packages and native bindings, retain Node ^20.19.0 or >=22.12.0, and contain no lifecycle scripts. Both releases were published on October 19, clearing clawpatch's 48-hour age threshold before this PR. (npm/oxfmt/package.json)
