Wear OS: calculator carb time, and phone alarms on the watch - #2646

The bolus calculator section now has the five pages everybody sees, an "Optional pages" subsection for the three Interface settings (Meal type, Carb time, Percentage) and a new "Carb time and the eat reminder" subsection: the carb time page, the Set alarm bell, and what the watch does with the reminder (graph line, running notification, the ring). Six new 360x360 pictures. Release notes 4.0.0.0: the BG graph press and hold, the WFF watchface line linked to its setup, and the watch calculator's meal type and carb time under Wear OS.
…e page Request, Result, Calculation and Confirm now show the same entry as the Carbs page (20 g, 70 %). The optional pages table gets the Percentage page.
…he phone setting "Adjusting the bolus on the result page" shows the proposed bolus and one step up and down, with the change after the carbs and the colored button. The Percentage page starts at the phone's Bolus percentage, linked to the Bolus wizard settings.

Calculator carb time (nightscout/AndroidAPS#5406): the bolus calculator section now has the five pages everybody sees, an "Optional pages" subsection for the three Interface settings (Meal type, Carb time, Percentage), pictures of the result page adjusted up and down, and a new "Carb time and the eat reminder" subsection.
Phone alarms on the watch (nightscout/AndroidAPS#5434): a new section above "Snooze Alert shortcut". The watch vibrates and shows the alarm's title and text, with Silence (or a swipe) and Mute 5 min, and which kinds of alarm reach the watch. The snooze section now points to it as the second way to silence an alarm.
Release notes 4.0.0.0: the BG graph press and hold and the WFF watchface lines link to their sections; the bolus wizard's meal type and carb time, and the phone alarms on the watch, are listed under Wear OS.
