PUT updates an existing pin or creates it, DELETE removes one, and each pin stores its tech provider. A missing provider stays DFX.swiss. POST still creates a pin only once. Co-authored-by: TaprootFreakAI <315477232+TaprootFreakAI@users.noreply.github.com>
