I spend most of my time at the edge of AI coding agents: building the skills, tools and infrastructure that make them genuinely useful day to day. A lot of that is plumbing you never see, so here is the shape of it.

- Self-hosting everything a small fleet of ARM boxes running my own services, knowledge base, and messaging bridges
- Education at Preface helping people and companies keep pace with the technology, not just read about it
