Summary

Use site.url from nuxt.config to resolve the llms.txt domain, so a URL set only in config no longer disables llms.txt / llms-full.txt.

Changes

Site URL resolution (utils/meta.ts, modules/config.ts)

Add resolveSiteURL(), which uses the configured site.url first and falls back to inferSiteURL(). It now feeds both llms.domain and the site defaults.

Sitemap smoke test (test/smoke/site.test.ts, test/smoke/utils.ts)

Check that every <loc> in /sitemap.xml and its child sitemaps is absolute. When the optional SMOKE_SITE_URL is set, also check that each <loc> uses that origin.

CI (ci.yml)

Add a default, site.url only starter entry: site.url set in config, no URL env var, node-server build, full smoke suite.

Unit tests (test/unit/meta.test.ts)

Cover resolveSiteURL: site.url without env, priority over the platform URL, and the env fallback.
