I think I fixed the VerticalLogisticsQoL mod for Satisfactory 1.2.
Disclaimer: Since I don't know enough about Satisfactory modding, I threw AI at it. I still tested it ingame to make sure it works. But since I don't know the insides of your mod, I cannot claim complete ingame test coverage.
Note: I did not touch the release numbers in VerticalLogisticsQoL.uplugin - those still have to be adjusted (Version, versionName, SemVersion).
