Adds Release Please-based semantic versioning and publishes both the versioned web image and the Helm chart to GHCR from the same release workflow. The chart is aligned with the release image (
ghcr.io/nomed/rustdesk-web-stack), usesChart.appVersionas the default image tag, and serves/probes the baseline runtime on port 80. Helm OCI target:oci://ghcr.io/nomed/charts/rustdesk-web.
