Update alpine to 3.24

Should deploy https://nginx.org/packages/mainline/alpine/v3.24/main first. No idea where this is done...

Indeed, we should prepare the Alpine 3.24 packages on nginx.org first. We're currently blocked on that since Alpine Linux does not yet have the 3.24 cloud images published on AWS.

Looks like upstream is deployed. Rebased, should pass now.

Updated njs to 1.0.0 (pushed also as a separate PR: #1056). Should pass now.

Yep, the packages are published on nginx.org, so we can proceed with that

It also needs a checksum bump to fix the builds on architectures that arent published on nginx.org
