Summary

Updates the Delta Command dashboard and reports to use a Google Analytics / Workspace-inspired visual style instead of the previous dark theme.

Changes

  • Typography: Switched from Inter to Roboto (Google's standard typeface)
  • Color palette: Google four-color scheme — Blue #4285F4, Red #EA4335, Yellow #FBBC04, Green #34A853
  • Layout: Light background (#F8F9FA), white cards with Material elevation shadows, clean borders
  • Sidebar: Google logo mark, light nav with blue active pill states
  • KPI cards: Colored left accent bars (blue/yellow/green/red) matching Google report cards
  • Charts: Pipeline and utilization charts use Google brand colors; light tooltips
  • Status indicators: Badges, progress bars, and utilization cells updated across team, projects, and opportunities pages

Test plan

  • npm run build passes
  • uv run pytest — 15 tests pass
  • Dashboard renders at /dashboard with light Google-style theme

Switch from dark mode to a light Google Workspace/Analytics aesthetic:
Roboto font, four-color palette (blue/red/yellow/green), white cards with
Material elevation shadows, and Google logo mark in the sidebar. KPI cards
get colored accent bars; charts and status indicators use Google brand colors.
