The AI-Native Operating System for Software Teams
A purpose-built Linux desktop where AI picks up tickets, writes the code, opens the PR, and asks you to review it — while you drink your coffee.
Documentation | Getting Started | App Suite | Contributing
30+ purpose-built Electron apps cover every phase of the software delivery lifecycle. AI agents write code, review PRs, manage tasks, and track deployments. Every status transition, notification, and dashboard update happens automatically.
| App | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Task Board | Kanban/list view with state and assignee filters |
| Issue Manager | GitHub Issues client with AI breakdown and workflow transitions |
| PR Review Board | AI-assisted code review with interactive breakpoint inspection |
| CI Monitor | Pipeline monitoring with AI failure diagnosis |
| Dev Central | Developer dashboard: my tasks, PRs, review requests, AI standup |
| Manager Dashboard | Sprint board, velocity charts, deployment tracking |
| Workspace Manager | Auto-provisioned workspaces per task (branch, deps, dev server) |
| AI Agent Manager | Manage Claude, Copilot, Codex, Gemini agent sessions |
| Desktop Customizer | Prompt-driven GNOME customization with versioned rollback |
| + 20 more | Security, secrets, notifications, automation, widgets, search... |
The Desktop Customizer reshapes the entire GNOME experience through natural language and slash commands:
/move-clock left Move the clock to the left
/taskbar height 48px Make the taskbar bigger
/theme accent #ff6b6b Change the accent color
/shortcut super+1 open task-board Create a keyboard shortcut
/snapshot save "before experiment" Save a checkpoint
/restore last Undo the last change
Every change is git-snapshotted with instant rollback. Build entirely new Electron apps from a sentence description.
- Download the RobOS Installer for your OS from the latest GitHub Release (Linux AppImage, macOS dmg, Windows exe)
- Run it — select your USB drive, click Flash
- Boot from USB — RobOS installs unattended in ~15 minutes
Or use the CLI: sudo bash scripts/flash-robos.sh /dev/sdX
