Summary

• Replace the local search meter with admin’s js-admin-progress component.
• Show “Waiting for a worker to start this search.” as an info alert while pending; keep “Scanning tables.” as normal copy once the job is running.

Test plan

• Queue a search and confirm the results page shows an info alert while pending.
• While the search runs, confirm the alert hides and the admin progress bar updates as tables are scanned.
• Confirm a completed or failed search still reloads, and a failed search still shows the danger alert.
