Summary

Stop loading retina.js on admin pages so the browser no longer requests non-existent @2x image variants.

Load an admin page on a high-DPI display and confirm the network panel has no retina.min.js request and no @2x image probes.
Confirm admin pages still load their other scripts and styles.
