Rework sidebar volume brightness

Description

I added support for multiple monitors and audio devices in the control center.
For external monitor I used the package ddcutil and for the sound pactl

How Has This Been Tested?

• Tested on Arch Linux/Based Distro.
• Tested on Fedora Linux/Based Distro.
• Tested on openSuse.
