This PR implements a robust, full-layer, and fully-tested user progress reset feature.

Key changes:

  1. DataStore: Added reset_all_data that clears activity_log, achievements, and updates stats to 0.
  2. InputManager: Added reset_all_data that handles real-time memory cleanup (time accumulators, max_kps, caches, locks) and forces the pet's state back to 'idle'.
  3. StatsDialog: Added a styled Red "Reset Progress" button. Confirms with the user via QMessageBox. Upon confirmation, wipes all database/runtime state, and immediately redraws both the "Progress" and "History" tabs.
  4. Tests: Added modular and mocked unit tests covering every single layer of this feature in tests/test_utils.py. All tests pass perfectly.

- Designed and styled the "Reset Progress" button in `StatsDialog` with safety QMessageBox prompt and instantaneous UI updates.
- Added comprehensive unit tests inside `tests/test_utils.py` for guaranteed correctness.
