Starting resources:

• Initial project triage spreadsheets. Itemize tests and known bugs, preliminary depedency information. This initial information really helps define the scope.
• Bugzilla population - Good pre-population of bug reports tied to the work. The skill makes heavy use of bug relations to expose everything we need to do, and to identify proper sequencing of work.
