Adds macOS support / Apple Silicon
Regarding the macOS GUI, I can also add GUIs for Windows/Linux in a separate PR using Avalonia. Let me know if you'd like that. (Personally I think it's really nice to be able to drag and drop files, etc.)
The macOS app gets installed to ~/Applications:
