Updates usd-mojo to 0.2.0 and adds Linux x86-64 alongside macOS ARM64. Pins Mojo 1.2.0 and OpenUSD 26.08, with source fixed to the release commit and the build number reset to 0.
The installed-consumer test now covers native arrays and schema/scene snapshots. MIT, OpenUSD and MaterialX licenses/notices are included. Native CPU, Metal/NVIDIA and package qualification: validation.
Local validation: the community-pinned rattler-build 0.30.0 built and tested the macOS package; a fresh Pixi environment installed it by name, compiled the consumer and ran it successfully. Native Linux qualification is linked above.
