Moayd Ghazzawi

I study AI governance and U.S.–China technology competition, and build tools to examine the evidence.

Research tools

  • Compute Evidence — test claims about AI chip controls, examine counterevidence, and build cited briefs. Its first research collection, When Controls Raise the Cost, compares five Chinese responses to U.S. advanced-compute restrictions. Research desk · Source code and dataset.
  • Claim & Source — connect claims to source passages, review counterevidence, and keep a record of how an argument changes. Explore the public example or create a private workspace with a recovery key. Public example · Source code.

Both tools work without Jev. Optional Jev analysis uses the visitor’s own TypeSafe connection; research judgments remain the researcher’s responsibility.
