Translate content: embedding docs in an iframe

Mirrors the iframe embedding guidance into Spanish, French and Chinese.
The CSP configuration page now lists the default frame-ancestors and form-action directives and points to a new help center article on docs that refuse to load in an iframe, which is added to the Help center group in each language's navigation.
Based on Update from support feedback: document embedding docs in an iframe, which added the English content.
This and the open custom components translation PR both append to the end of the Help center list in es.json, fr.json and zh.json, so whichever merges second needs a one-line conflict fix.

Overview
Adds Spanish, French, and Chinese versions of the iframe embedding help center article and tightens the localized CSP configuration pages to match recent English docs.

Each locale gets a new embed-docs-site-in-iframe help article (why frame-ancestors blocks cross-domain iframes, how to request allowed origins via support, reverse-proxy note, and the assistant widget alternative). The corresponding csp-configuration page now shows the default frame-ancestors / form-action values and links to that article. es.json, fr.json, and zh.json register the new page in the Help center nav.
