Translate content: agent feedback path validation

This brings the Spanish, French and Chinese feedback pages in line with the English page after Update from code changes: Agent feedback path validation merged.
They now say the submit_feedback path has to match a page or a redirect source, explain what is ignored when matching, and note that the tool returns an error when no page matches.
Only the optimize/feedback.mdx mirrors in es, fr and zh changed, with internal links prefixed by locale.

Overview
Updates the Spanish, French, and Chinese agent feedback docs (optimize/feedback.mdx) to match the English page after agent feedback path validation was documented.

The “how agent feedback works” section now explains that submit_feedback paths must match a site page or a redirect source, that relative paths and full URLs are allowed, and that query strings, fragments, .md/.mdx, and the site base path are ignored when matching. It also states that unmatched paths return an error and are not recorded, and clarifies that only accepted submissions are logged as negative feedback in the dashboard.
