Agent skill sync with docs: local OG image preview in mint dev

The Mintlify skill's mint dev entry now says that the local preview generates each page's OG image at /_mintlify/og/<page-path>.png (index.png for the home page). It also says the image regenerates on every request and that a custom og:image replaces it.
This brings the skill in line with Document local OG image preview in mint dev, which added this to the SEO page.
Other English merges in the last day needed no skill change. The CSS width variables and the RSS date prop were already synced in their own merges, and the skill doesn't cover the editor, desktop app, or bring-your-own-model topics.
Checks: git diff --check and mint broken-links pass. npm test, npm run check and npm run build couldn't run in this environment, so please let CI cover them. The existing sync workflow distributes the skill after merge.
