Adds the "Preview OG images locally" section to the Spanish, French and Chinese SEO pages.
The English page gained this section, but the translation trigger doesn't run on Instinct merges, so the mirrors were still missing it.
Based on Update from code changes: Preview OG images in mint dev, which documented how to view generated OG images in the local preview.

es/optimize/seo.mdx), French (fr/optimize/seo.mdx), and Chinese (zh/optimize/seo.mdx) SEO docs, aligning them with the English page.The new content explains that
