Translate content: MCP credentials, llms-full.txt and visibility style fixes

Mirrors the recent active-voice wording fixes into the Spanish, French and Chinese copies of the MCP, llms.txt, visibility and CLI preview pages.
The English heading "Managing client credentials" became "Manage client credentials", so the translated anchor ids now use manage-client-credentials to keep English anchors working on every locale.
The Chinese CLI preview sentence already followed the new word order, so it is unchanged.
Based on Apply brand tone and writing style fixes, which reworded four English sentences into active voice.

Overview
This PR mirrors recent English active-voice and heading tweaks into Spanish, French, and Chinese docs for MCP, llms-full.txt, visibility, and local preview.

Across es, fr, and zh, llms-full.txt and visibility copy now names Mintlify as the actor for include/exclude and for still delivering browser-hidden <Visibility> content. MCP pages clarify that the dashboard shows the client secret only once, tighten delete-credential wording, and align the section anchor with English by renaming managing-client-credentials → manage-client-credentials (with matching translated headings). es and fr CLI preview text is reordered to lead with the --signed-in flag; zh preview was already aligned and is unchanged in this diff.
